I have 256 of 600mhz rdram right now, how much better is 800mhz? Is it worth buying another 256 just for the 800mhz? (this comp will be o/c)

YES! because you are running a p4 with a 400 mhz fsb
you need that extra 200 mhz to get the full potential out
of that chip.
i made a comment on another thread about full 400 fsb
i was corrected (tasos may flame me now!)
the p`4s use engine throttling technology .
if you plan to overclock i was updated that you should only
overclock the fsb to maximum x4 and then only bring the
multiplyer up to the mhz rating of the proc.
this will ensure stability of the mobo/cpu combo
