What do they do? What should i be worried about?
I've just always loosened them when i OC the RAM, but i have my cpu at 3.9 now, so i'm ready to tune the RAM in. What does each timing do, ect? I have no clue at ALL what all of this does lol

Thank ya :D
So basically, i just try to get all the numbers as low as i can go without something becoming unstable? No real math to it or anything? The lower the better?

well sorta
depending on your system, it may be better to go for higher dram speeds rather than lower timings
but once you get to w/e memory speed you want, then you can start lowering the timings

I'm waiting on some decent RAM to come in, then i'm going to lap my CPU (nice concave chip i have here) and play around with everything and see if i can't get this thing stable at 4.0 without melting it.
I've never really understood RAM timings, and just left them a lone... bumping them up when need be.
