these mem module seems to be really really good, like, or better, the Kingmax DDR333 modules, now considering that are rated for a Fsb of 166Mhz (333Mhz) meets and surpass the requirement of your Mobo ;)

Theres no problems in using PC2700 memory on your Epox 8KHA+. I have a few friends with these boards using PC2700 Corsair....
