Get Win2k to Boot MS DOS???

How can I get my computer to boot MS DOS? I have Win2k installed and the set of 4 startup disks do not force a dos prompt. I would like to format the drive to remove Win2K. It's not like ME where you have the option of backing up you old OS files if you decide that you would like to revert to the previous OS. Can anyone help?

boot to a win98 boot disk or your win98 CD and select start computer with cd support
