Asus p6t deluxe issues

Hi, my p6t deluxe mother board has worked great so far, but it has a couple of issues that im slightly worried about. One of the ram slots is faulty, no matter which stick I put in it keeps coming loose. Every now and then on boot up it will flash a screen saying "Overclock failure". I manually set everything to stock settings and I still get this screen every now and then. Should I be worried that the board is defective? Anyone else get these issues? I am a newbie at this btw.

If I were you I'd RMA the board quickly before anything else.
