Out of curiosity, how does a Dual Socket Intel® Xeon® Processor E5450 do vs. say

an i7 920. All things considered I would say the price of ram and a dual socket board are equivalent. But two Intel® Xeon® Processor E5450 the QX9650s equivalent, how would they stack up?

At stock speeds? The Xeon package would win...once you overclocked them, the i7 would blow the Xeons out of the water...they won't OC near as much.
