Not my highest 3dmark2001 score, but I can tell you they seem very stable and no corruption like the previous ones I tried.

i couldn't even load windows after installing 9013 for w98. it would get to the point where it was loading windows and the monitor would shut off . then if i restarted enough times i could go in but it seemed as if there was no display driver installed. ie there was nothing in the display settings although it showed as 8500 on default monitor it didn't have any of the ati toys there, then if i changed the res. at all i booted up to a blank screen again... anyway. i'm going to d\l them again in case something went bad there although i didn't get any errors with the install...
THESE DRIVERS KICK ASS! :D
it increased my 3dmark score 1100 points :D, i was at 5500 now im at 6673 :D

I lost 2 FPS on Quake3s Demo Four.
Seem stable though.

I got only a mild increase in 3dmark2001: about 8450 points. The grapchics got a lot more corrupt at my settings though. I solved that by down-clocking the memory and overclocking the CPU: 280/260. This works fine, it seems like the memory is the bottleneck of the LE version. Gonna try out 300/260.
The new settings yielded a lower rate: 8380
But the picture quality is clearly better. This is very obvious during the "nature" test, where there also has been at least a 10 fps increase.

Henry

Whatchu think of this score:

?:D
Tryed rasing to 300/260, didnīt work. 290/260 donīt work either. Using 280/260, works good. More GPU O/C results in lockup, more vid memory OC in corrupt graphics.

Henry.

So far, they're great. 3dMark only a slight increase but tests run smoother quite noticeably. Managed to break 8k too finally! :) . Will try some games out later on.
Hmm, so should I use these drivers, or what? How are they?

They seem to be good enough from their feedback getting some extra 3dmarks.

Yeah, get them. You wont get a better 3dmark score, but the picture gets better and smoother.

Henry.
How about the stability? And is the number of bugs in the drivers reduced?

i cant find anything wrong with them, nothing major anyway (one bug though, when i go into the advanced display properties my screen gets full of dots for a second, lol), and ati finally got anisotropic filtering working :p
hehe i turned on 6x quality smoothvision and 16x anisotropic filtering and played rtcw.
20fps baby! :D hehe
barley playable but boy did it look good :)
Ok, thanks for the info. I guess i'd better start downloading... :)
