Upgrade help

Hello everyone. I have a Sony Vaio desktop and I would like to know what is the fastest CPU, Type/max Ram, GPU I can upgrade it to.

I looked all over the place on google but I can't find any information on the mobo so I have no idea what I can upgrade this vaio to.

I know this is old computer, I just want to upgrade it and let my dad use it.

i just did a quick look and uhh yea
doesnt look like u can buy anything new for that socket anymore
ud have to go used
so on ebay search socket 478 or something, experiment
probably the only way to get a cpu.. even then it wouldnt really make a difference to what u got in there
the cpus didnt really vary much in performance back then (noticeable performance lol)
