My intentions I think are to have both Windows 98 and 2000 on seperate partitions but I don't know how big to make them so that they are big enough for the operating systems. Any ideas about how big they need to be?
I also have a 13gb Maxtor UDMA 66 7200 rpm that has Windows 2000 loaded on it with half the space left used as my current main drive. It is not partitioned at all.
A 13gb Western digital 5400 rpm with Windows 98 on it and all my games and 2 gb of music. It has 3 gb left available.
A 6gb Western Digital with Windows 98 on it. Almost full too. I loaded windows on it before I knew that I didn't have to in order to use it as file storage.
I think I have heard that some folks have a partition just for cab files or something for fast reformats. Where do I get the cab files? Are they in the Winnt folder?
What would you guys do if this mess was yours?
Thanks for the help guys
