HAWX - won't let me install the game at all!

Hi all,

My dad got hawx for xmas....when he tries to install it he gets this

"runtime error - program termination" or something like that - its defo says runtime error anyway.

Hes running XP Pro SP3, 8800GT with 195.62 drivers - the rig is more than capable of running the game,

any ideas anyone - hes updated DX9 - thats ok...

If we can get the exact error message or a screenshot of the error then we can't better help to diagnose the problem.
