View Full Version : MBM Doesn't Detect Sensor Chip

I am trying to get some temp readings on an old motherboard (Elite P6BXTa+), but even though I know there are temp sensors, and MBM support says the board has a sensor chip...MBM 5 doesn't recognize the sensor chip.

I have the latest version of MBM installed.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I might get the two to realize they should be friends?

Should I flash the bios?

Thanks in advance.

You might need an OLDER version of MBM... For some reason some old mobos don't like the new version...

If you need I have v5.08 and v5.09...

I tried installing the MBM v4 from the website....but I think it was too old.

If you can find your older versions of MBM I would give it a shot. If you want to email: fsidari1@yahoo.com

Thanks!!

If you still will have probs, try to take a look on the MotherBoardMonitor (http://mbm.livewiredev.com/) home page, or send an E-Mail to Alexander van Kaam (darkside@chello.nl) ;)

MBM does not support this board. You have to use special software, you can download it on ECS site.
