How does the P4's compare to this?

I have gotten my P3 1.26S machine up to 1710/180 fsb and was wondering if the P4's(no matter what speed or overclock:D ) can compare in folding times with this; a processor whose basic architecture was designed in 1995 or so! I'm presently Folding a GNRA Hairpin at 4.86 min/frame. I know that it doesn't match an Athlon in folding times but it is pretty darn good for an Intel rig.

thats a sweet chip. I think the overclocked p4 2.2 might be able to compete. 300+fps in quake3. thats gotta be fast but p4s just are bad folders.

That's about 65% faster than a P4@1.95mhz.

WOW! How did you get that P3 so high? That's pretty neat IMHO...

Two main reasons to get that high an overclock.
1. .13 Tualatin architecture
2. Active cooling w/120 watt pelt and watercooling. Loaded temps range from -5 to -2° C.

My friend Kristin's P4 1.5 folds about like my Duron@950 if that's any indication of how good a P4 folds.
