Insane burst speed on new Raid 0 setup?

hey, just installed my new Raid 0 setup with two 500GB western digital greens, and after running HD tach, i an getting somewhat insane burst speeds! as in like 3000+mb/s
this isnt normal, is it?

Matrix RAID shows inaccurate numbers there, ignore it.

^ actually thiddy its due to writeback cache being turned on, which uses the ram as a lil write cache, thus the high speeds. You can turn it off and get "actual" burst speeds... but really burst speeds dont rly matter anyways haha.
