installing OS

currently am runnin a system on vista 64-bit home pre. os on drive and i want to install my Vista Ultimate on another drive connected to the rig. But the secondary drive is wiped and there no boot mgr....

and when i put the disk in theres no partition for the second one, basically i cant install into second drive?

what can i do? steps? do i have to wipe the current one?

you should be able to format the second drive within windows ..and when you boot up off the disk it should see the second drive and be able to carry on from there
