I had no problems running the OCCT PSU or GPU tests on my setup.

However, after rebuilding my system to fit new fans etc, both tests have started failing (also FurMark occasionally).

With OCCT, the 1min monitor stage completes, and then either straight away or after a couple of mins, the screens go black/white and the system locks up.

I have checked power connections to the card etc, all are ok.

The card (RAM and GPU) is not getting too hot, its cooler if anything.

Any ideas? :shrug:

Hmmmm, how could OCCT be affecting the v.card??
The only way I could figure if the psu's 12 volt rail isn't handling the load with the extra fans. Or maybe one of the fans is messed up.
Un-plug the new fans and give it a go.
Measure the 12 volt rail coming off the psu while booting up and running idle/load.
Just a start of the process of elimination.
