My specs are in my sig. I'm not too sharp on GPU overclocking, but this forum seems to be filled with people who are. What are the highest safe numbers I can overclock to? For Core Clock? Memory Clock? And Shader Clock?

i think you should stay under above 80C(i think) and run some vid benchmarking program like Vintage

Here are some pointers:

* Keep it under 80C or so
* Unlink shaders from core and overclock each on their own, finding the maximum for each indivdually.
* Use furmark stress test in a window to check for artifacts while raising the c/s/m.

Should I restart my PC every time I change clock speeds?

no need to restart for gpu changes. and the cards will have alot of variation on oc ability. I have 2 bfg 9800gtx's that will do 840/1250 but some benches wont allow as high an oc either. just bump it a little at a time and see where it leads. will little bumps you wont risk your card either, just watch for artifacts if you see that back down a little bit
