Ok, this is what have achived so far:

This screendump was taken right after running the 3Dmark2001 benchmark. Temperature drops a couple of degrees when idle.

At the moment, this is what my machine can handle. I havenīt outvalued the stability in this mode yet, but itis running OK as Iīm writing this. This is what I did:

1. 11x140, Vcore 1.775 volts=1540 Mhz.
2. 11x145, Vcore 1.800 volts=1595 Mhz.
3. 11x147, Vcore 1.800 volts=1617 Mhz.
4. 11x150, Vcore 1.800 volts=1650 Mhz.

I started out with 1. at default voltage. This didnīt feel too stable though, so I rasied it 0.025 volts. In this mode I ran it for a few veeks, without any extra case fans. I tried out both 2, 3 and 4 but none of them worked very good. Yesyerday I added two case fans, and CPU temperature dipped by 10 degrees Celcius. :D :D

It now seems as the 2. alternative works just as good as 1.
3 and 4 doesnīt work any better though. It always boots up in mode 3 and I have been able to run Sysmark2001 a few times, but always crashes sooner or later. In mode 4 I succed to boot only at about 1 of 4 tries. Have tried to run sysmark several times, but I have only succeded once and that was the first time I powered up the computer. Then it yielded over 9000 points before crashing.

There seem to be not very much performance difference between any of these O/Cīs(apart from that only time when it showed 9000+). I had 7500 once with old drivers, but after tuning in the system and downloading the latetst drivers, there only about 200 points in difference from 11x140 to 11x145.

The overclocking has to be a lot more for it to be even noticed, what it seems.

The question is here: Can water cooling, prefreably the Koolance big tower case, improve these number a lot or am I already reaching a point where this system cannot go very much higher?

regards,
Henry.

I'd say go with watercooling. Those temps are a tad high. Have you unlocked your CPU yet. With the dragon that might be all you can get out of the ol girl, due to the fact you can't raise the voltage to high on them.
