I am planning on getting a Lian PC70 case with server window cut out, then get the server window kit. Is it easy to install the window, or should i send it in somewhere and have it down professionally? The place I am ordering it from pcmods.com says they wont install it

it's very easy, there are guides on line that can help you, type it into a search engine, "installing a pc window" and you'll come up with a few hits, otherwise go to www.virtualhideout.net and there should be plenty of articles for you.

If you are getting it from pcmods, they give you pretty good instructions. But here are mine: :D
1. Keep acrylic in the cover until you are ready to install it
2. Take the acrylic and place it where you want it to be on the case side.
3. While holding it down, take the washer they gave you, and press it against the acrylic, this will give you a certain length away from the acrylic for the molding.
4. Press a pencil to the far side of the washer, and run the washer and your pencil all around the acrylic to make a trace.
5. Fire up your cutting tool and follow your trace.
6. Deburr
7. Insert the molding into the case, be very careful and do it slow, use both hands. Keep one hand holding a few inches before the next set of molding you put on the case, or it will probably fall off.
8. Carefully set the case on its side, on a stable flat surface
9. Take the covering off your acrylic
10. Gently pry open the other side of the molding and start inserting your window. Make sure to keep a hold of the molding so it doesnt come off, a few inches before the next part where you insert the window.
11. With the locking strip, start with the largest place in the molding. Run it and when you come to a tight fit, stretch out an inch of the molding at a time to make it fit into the groove. Make sure to keep your hand on the strip a few inches before you insert it, or it will come out when you stretch the strip.
12. Clean the window
13. You're done :D

If your not comfortable using the tools you may want to have it sent off. Of course, that'll cost you a fortune.
If you need help looking for tools just use the search function and search the forums. there's a million threads about cutting cases.
