They don't seem bad and so far a nice price to boot.

That's a pretty good price for four 80mm fans. The only negative I see are the sleeve bearings. Sleeve bearings usually don't last as long as ball bearings. I've also heard it said they tend to be a bit noisier. Other than that this looks like a nice deal.
