Which should I buy from these:

Those are 1600 Ram, is that an issue since I believe my mobo supports up to 1333 and 1600OC or something.

My specs:
AMD 965BE C3 (125)
M4A785TD-V EVO
OCZ 600 Watt
Ati 5870
(Currently GeIL 7-7-7 1333 RAM but my system isn't OCCT/Prime95 proof with this even though it's recommended in the Asus Manual..)
So I believe it's due to my ram (even when not OCing and everything default I get OCCT error on core #3(random) and Prime95 FATAL ERROR:Rounding was 0.5,expected less than 0.4. Hardware failure detected

Doesnt sound like memory to me... Have you tried running memtest86 on them? NO need to create another thread.. one hasnt even determined if its the memory thats the issue!

It must be cause when I set the memory on 800 in bios instead of the default and specced 667 I get No errors in prime or occt...above 3500Mhz it becomes unstable again...So I can't really overclock

So its the memory b/c you can overclock it and not run it at stock speeds?

Even with that said, new memory will likely help though. DDR3 1333 is for stock systems and not for overclocking really. Are you certain you ahve the timings and voltages set properly? (this should really be in the other thread)
