The stickers are different colors.

As, newegg says the HX has:

1 x Main connector (20+4Pin)
1 x 8-Pin EPS/ATX12V
8 x Peripheral
9 x SATA
2 x Floppy
4 x PCI-E

whereas the TX has:

1 x Main connector (20+4Pin)
1 x 12V(4/8Pin)
8 x peripheral
8 x SATA
2 x Floppy
2 x PCI-E

In addition, the TX is advertised as being "Crossfire ready".

Ehh, the biggest difference is MODULAR(HX) vs. NON MODULAR (TX).

650HX seems to pass the higher efficiency rating also

And two different Seasonic platforms S12II (TX650) vs. M12 (HX650). I'd take HX650.

The HX is modular whereas the TX is not. Also, the HX is a newer power supply and has a higher efficiency.
