New build memory help.

Moving from the Q9950 to a the i7 920. Box will be used primarily for video editing, rendering using Adobe CS4.

After reading about tri-channel I was wondering if you guys think it is worth the added expense. Plan on getting 2 6gig kits for a total of 12gigs.

I do plan on overclocking the system. So reccomendations for good triple channel kits would be appreciated.

Thank you for the reply. What I am really wondering is if there is any real word performance advantage in going to triple-channel. From what I have read not much.

I was hoping someone could tell me if they know of any programs that actually can take advantage of triple-channel memory.
