Hi,

I have just installed a total of 8G of the Gold 1600 Low Volt on my P55M-UD2, which has the F6 BIOS. I manually set the V dimm to 1.64 and I got error in memtest in a min or 2. If I set the V dimm to auto it seems to run fine. However, I know the i5 doesn't like more than 1.65 and I have no way to check if it has gone over the limit. I am just looking for some help to see if this setting will fried my system.

Spec

i5 @ 3.6 Ghz @ 1.25V
Gigabyte P55M-UD2 w/ F6
2 x OCZ3G1600LV4GK, total 8G
2 Seagate SATA drive loaded with Win 7 x64 and Win Home x86
BFG 8800GT OC 512MB
Antec EarthWatt 500

BIOS setting:
bclk: 180
Multiplier: 20
Mem SPD: 6
Mem set to 8-8-8-24, 1T
Voltage: 1.25 Vcore, all left at auto

Thank you!

The current DRAM voltage (DDR15V) is shown on the PC Health Status screen in the BIOS...
