I think i got it. I can buy a universal adapter for my heatsink and then buy a 92mm fan from directron.com
I was looking at the Panaflo 92mm Ultra quiet fan.
it moves more air than the delta and produces almost half the DBa.

I just have a question on the connection options near the bottom of the page. What option should I choose. I want the stardard 3 pin connector becuase i have an adapter. If it already comes with the moltex thats fine.

heres the page : http://www.directron.com/92l1a.html

That fan comes with bare leads, no connector whatsoever. Plus it is $16.00. A little high, IMO.

I really would suggest you take a look at www.sidewindercomputers.com

They have that universal adapter and 92mm fans with better prices. Specifically, they have a Sanyo that has a three pin connector so you can monitor the rpm's, unlike that panaflo. Plus it is only $11. There are others as well.
