I have a 2x2 GB OCZ Flex II DDR2 9200 ram kit, on a gigabyte ga-ep45-ud3r motherboard, and i have just clocked them from the standard 1150 mhz to 1333 mhz, and they run stable. Timings set at 5-5-5-15 and voltage at 2.180.

I think it sounds a little too good becouse every other place i have read about overclocking these rams, i have only seen people getting them to around 1200 mhz.

Anyone else with some experience with these rams? :)

Can you post a pic. w/ CPU-Z open to the 'Memory' tab, and another w/ MemSet open showing all of the current sub-timings?

Of course, here you go.

I didn't look up the specs, but that sounds like a lot of volts to run any memory on

Very nice. What's the current FSB?

The Flex II XLC is rated to run at 2.1 - 2.15 EVP at DDR2-1150MHz. In fact I've been running mine at up to 2.18 - 2.23V for over a year without any ill effects.

The processor is a Q9550 E0 1333 mhz fsb (333x8,5), clocked to 3 Ghz 1600 mhz fsb (400x7,5)

By the way the rams is not watercooled. Will there be a heat risk with the clock?

There shouldn't be any heat issues at 2.18V. I could never seem to get mine Memtest stable at anything over 1186MHz (FSB of 494MHz) and timings of 5-5-5-15-6-77-10-18-13-5-9-7-6. tRFC in my BIOS only goes up to 77 (shows 63 in MemSet), and I've tried vNB up to 1.55V, and Vdimm up to 2.4V w/ no luck hitting 1200MHz at a FSB of 500MHz on a 5:6 divider (4.0GHz clock w/ a 8.5 multiplier).

I have just run memtest86+ and it gave me errors in test 5. But settings timmings to 6-5-5-15 seemed to have stoppet it, ran 1.5 hours without any errors.

lol i run my crucial ballistix tracer ddr2 800mhz at 2.25v@1066mhz

WOW...that's excellent :D Very nice RAM...you wanna sell it :D :p

I'm joking as I don't have any DDR2 systems anymore, but if I did, I'd give you $$$ for 'em ;)
