View Full Version : Last WU
I forget what the Last WU flag is? How do I message the uni-proc client that I don't want it do download any more wu's?

-oneunit
I assume you're not using the graphical client. If you are, just select "Pause while done" from the right-click menu on the tray icon.
naw. I'm running 2 uni-proc clients in service mode.
OK, I'm stuck on this, and can't remember (haven't run a service FAH in a very long time), but I've got the idea that the -oneunit flag didn't work with a service install. The service just restarted itself, right away.
I looked in the FAH Wiki, but didn't see anything except "use the -oneunit flag", to stop a service from uploading another WU.
And I don't believe that's right.
Start >> Control Panel >> Administrative services >> services >> select the FAH service and right click. Select Stop.
Then start the FAH client up manually (not by the service, and not by re-booting), using the -configonly flag. That will cause it to see the former FAH service installation, and it will ask you if you want it to remove it. Answer Yes and it will remove the service install from the registry.
Then remove the FAH folder, and all it's contents, and you're ready to install the new client.
there ya go. Good idea. Don't know why I didn't think of that :P Thanks Adak
