Got the P2 400 up and running last night. Let it run overnight at 450-something after FINALLY getting a WU from Berkeley. 11.5 hours for the first unit.

It'll be down the rest of the day, I'm sure, since I can't get any more WUs and I need to format and reinstall. I think I kinda fragged my registry at 533 (which seems strange since the PCI was at 33). Looks like I lost my drivers and whatnot anyway. No big loss, though, since the server is down.

Haven't added it to the sig, yet, but it's on a VT6X4 Abit with a 2-2-2 Spectek PC100 256M DIMM. Old weak HSF zip-tied to the de-cased processor. AGP Banshee. Dlink NIC. And a 10G HD with a scary clicking noise (which only cost $13). Oh yeah, and I get no temp reading from the processor either in BIOS or Hardware Monitor. Guess I'll use the thermistor built into my index finger. :)

I'm from the school that thinks any work unit is a good work unit...no matter how long it took to process. :) This addition will help you climb the charts faster!

You got that right. I was thinking it would about the same or slower than my Celly @600 but it finished it in half the time. I really need to pull that one off the shelf and play with it today.

I didn't check the AR (and Win in reinstalling now so can't check yet) but I'm hoping it was an average range. 12hrs each would be a nice boost of 14/week. Gotta love it. :)

Cripes! What's with the sub-zero temps? I guess that's a pelt?
