Has anyone had contact with OCTOOLs recently?

I recently ordered the conformal coating and dielectric grease combo from them and when I sent an e-mail to Ramil I got this message:

" Hi. This is the qmail-send program at kate.ihug.co.nz.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out."


How do I contact Ramil or anyone at OCtools?

Disregard,
Ramil's ISP was down for a few days, I was able to contact him through Nikademus, the forum moderator at OCtools.

He said that my order was shipped the day after he got it. So for anyone that is wondering about an order, I wouldn't worry.

Please Disregard Original Post,
I was contacted today by Ramil. I e-mailed Nikademus, the forum moderater at OCtools and he contacted Ramil for me. It turns out that Ramil's ISP was down for a few days but he still shipped my order the day after I placed it. So for those of you looking,
Ramil still exists and is shipping out orders on a timely basis.

A word of caution however, Always contact a seller before ordering, either by mail or phone. That way at least you know how to contact someone in case of any problems.
