hi guys, Sadly:cry: i think my msi 9600GT is dead today:cry:
When i booted the computer it did 4beep and the computer screen wasnt opening. So I decided to remove the 9600GT and put my old 7900gt and bang the computer screen booted.
Anyone know how can i fix it?

this may just be me but i frankly wouldnt bother. 9600's didnt last (performance wise) as long as previous generations and with all the newer stuff out with lower prices you might as well focus on buying something new (when you can) instead of spending any ammount of money on fixing the 9600

MSI has a 2 or 3 year warranty, I think it might be like 2 years parts&labor, 3 years parts or something wierd like that. Are you the original owner?
Or if it's out of warranty or you can't get it repaired under warranty try baking it: http://www.overclockers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=606658

Did it die from overclocking, length of use or poor cooling? I have seen some pre built PC's with mid range cards in like my 9600GT and the cooling solution is seriously poor.
I once went to my friends who bought a DELL PC for £600 came with INTEL C2D, 4GB RAM, VISTA, 250GB HDD & 9600GT the card had a shiny aluminimum heatsink on it GPU-Z reported it's temp at 60" idle.
In the UK temps aint that high until summer which also depends if we ever get a heat wave, but 60 idle is bad even in winter and central heating around 2 adverage.
After buying a copper cooler and replacement it and it's paste temps dropped to a nice 45" idle and 55" load.
