Is there a jumper to change depending on what kind of ram you are using? If there is make sure it is set to sdram. Just a thought wouldn't you need 133 sdram with a 133 FSB?

Here is the info on his board to make it easier to help:
it is a PC chips board.

This probably would be better placed in general hardware. Just FYI.

Is that an AMI BIOS? If so, I found this:

---
2 Beeps: Parity circuit failure

Explanation: The parity circuit is responsible for generating and checking the parity bit on the system memory when parity checking is used. This circuitry is not working properly.

Diagnosis: This code usually means a problem with either the system memory or the motherboard.
---

Are you using non-parity RAM where it should be parity? Or the other way around? Might be it.

Found the beep code info here (http://www.pcguide.com/ts/x/sys/beep/).
