what fan for xp 2000+ ?

What’s the best fan/heat sink combo I can get for an amd xp 2000+ chip??

For air cooling the answer is Swiftech MCX462 with an 80 cfm Delta fan. Be warned, it sounds like a hair dryer.

not quite sure but im pretty sure you could go with a 40cfm fan on it.... wich is MUCH quieter.... or a use a sk6 with some good fan on it that isnt a screemer....

WOW!! I just looked at the Swiftech MCX462 and that is one heck of a fan. It’s got to be one of the biggest ones I’ve seen. SWEET
