what is the best way and easiest way to bond a peice of 2x2 copper to a peice of plexiglass?
im hopin to do this tonite so help me fast...
Marine goop works good and fast...clean both surfaces with alcohol first. Prep is averything to a glue bond.
For overnite and a stronger bond, use JBWeld or Aroldite.

Aquarium sealent will work you can get it at most hardware stores, it is silicone bassed.
The absolute best stuff I have found for glueing anything like this together is some marine goop called 5200. Not sure of the brand name but it sais 5200 in big numbers on the tube, need a caulking gun for this stuff. To give you an idea of how good this stuff is about 20 years ago I installed a set of sliding glass doors on a bathtub in my mothers house. There is not a single screw holding it in place just the 5200 and it is still holding strong today. Normally when you glue things together with this stuff thats it, you will destroy the parts before you can separate them again.
