i dont even know what an insert is bro calm down.

it sounds like a guide of some sort though, for 120mm you can use a cd, or you can just do it with a fan and a pencil (carefully)...its not that hard.

I used the plastic airhole inserts from a bandpass subwoofer box I had before that were about the same size as a 120mm fan.
