Speaking strickly from a performence standpoint. Would it be better to OC using Jumper free bios mode or manuel switchs and jumpers.

jumper free through the bios is far better. It's a pain in the a** to have to dig around on your motherboard every time you want to boost the multiplier or fsb a bit.

Overclocking requires a lot of tinkering with settings. It's a lot easier to tinker with a keyboard than with some electronics pliers.

Yes I relize its much easier, just wondered if it would be faster (cpu wise) or more stabile manuely.

not really on the stability, a good jumper free bios is as stable as a good jumper motherboard. A poor jumper free bios is just as bad as a poor jumpered motherboard.
