Get the 2000mhz Ripjaws. From what I've seen they're consistently good clockers and on tight timings. If you're not pushing it though, the 1600 sticks will do you just fine.
 
Out of the four sets I like the BECO model, not only because they're rated at almost identical timings (RAS# to CAS# Read Delay is 8 instead of 7) as the Ripjaws at a lower voltage of 1.35 compared to 1.6V, but also because they can do DDR3-1600MHz at 6-7-6-20-1T / 1.45V or lower.

Edit: If you didn't mind increasing the DRAM voltage to around 1.58 - 1.60V, you could also expect to see ~ 1740MHz at 7-8-7-24-1T.
