Currently I have two WD Raptor X 150GB 10000 RPM 16MB SATA 1.5Gb (http://www.newegg.com/product/product.aspx?item=N82E16822136011) in road0
I also just purchased a WD Caviar Green 1TB 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb Hardrive (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136317&Tpk=WD10EADS)
To get the most performance out of these three drive what would be the best Raid for them?

I think you already have the best configuration set up. RAID0 Raptors and large storage drive.

Thanks, I'm having trouble booting with the 1tb drive though...
I tried connecting the drive after booting and my computer found it but did not show up in my computer to format it. When I boot with all three drives i launch the bios and set the raptors as priority but every time I boot it trys booting from the 1tb drive. Do I have to re configure my raid?

Change the boot priority to the raid in the bios.
