Corsair xms3 not running at proper frequency

This is my first post as well as first build so bear with me. I cant seem to get my memory to run at its deisgnated speed of 1600MHz. BIOS shows it running at only 1333MHz with this setup. After reading through all the reviews for the mobo, memory and CPU, I have only found people to say, "Just change the voltage to 1.65V and speed to 800." In my BIOS. 1.65 is not an option for “DRAM Voltage” in the Advanced Memory Settings. There is 1.64 or 1.66, but not 1.65. Can someone give this first time builder some help please...maybe walk me through the process? Thanks in advance!

At the default BCLK of 133MHz, the Memory Multiplier when set to AUTO adjusts the DRAM frequency to 1333MHz (10x multiplier). Take the Memory Multiplier setting off AUTO and adjust it to 12x, for an effective 1596MHz DRAM frequency (shown in your BIOS as "Memory Frequency (MHz)). Adjust DRAM voltage to either 1.64 or 1.66V, and set Performance Enhance to Standard.

The options for memory multiplier are 6.0, 8.0 or 10.0......no 12.0.

Then you're limited to a DRAM frequency of 1333MHz at a default BCLK of 133MHz. You would need to raise the BCLK to 160MHz w/ a multiplier of 10x to reach a DRAM freq. of 1600MHz.
