I bought a Noctua NH-U9F from Performance-PCs back in November and just got around to using it last weekend. When I went to mount it I discovered that parts of the LGA775 mounting hardware were missing. I contacted them on Tuesday (after the holiday), they contacted their supplier, and a complete set of mounting hardware arrived at my office by end of business on Thursday (it was on my chair when I got to work Friday morning). I wish all companies had service this good!
