So, Guv could be back in the game for top 100!

Yes, is me, that guy who was racing to top 100 for some time against some great foes!

then i stopped folding for the most part, moved on, sold a rig and so on.

Well, i did recently sell my Q9650 @ 4.1Ghz rig... but well, with work going well, and me being the network admin now :d i got some new toys i realized i could toss into the mix, and seeing as how some people are catching upto OCF fast i think i can try to borg some of those rigs.

Some details

We have had to order several new support computers, those systems consists of

3 x E7400
2 x E5200 i think
2 x Q8200
1 x Q9550 which will be overclocked
2 x AMD tri cores @ 2.7Ghz
AMD Opteron 2.4G quad, but not sure if i can use this yet as before F@H caused performance issues with past MmySQL DB's

and my new as of a week ago i7 920 rig, only @ 3.2GhZ right now, havent tweak or had tme to get fill performance but i do have a TT 120' cooler on it and my office is in the server room so it is nice and cool, right now i got the SMP client on it and under full load i am at 46C :)

So, if i get to borg the other machines, which i am working out, maybe some can help me, since we use domain accounts, most have local machine admin rights to run, but so far usiing the non SMP client, just the normal one, it wont automatically start with windows 7 :9

hopefully i should be climbing the ranks again back to try for a top 100 spot!

thanks, so far i have only added back 2 older Dell Pentiaum D 920 rigs doing the normal client, my desktop of course with the SMP client, my PS3 is folding too most of the night, got one amd quad core server doing normal units for now but watching to see if it still affects MySQL databases, hopefully next week i can get all the core 2 duo rigs moved on :D

So, i recently at work got my i7 folding, http://folding.extremeoverclocking.com/user_summary.php?s=&u=129216 and as you can see, it is popping out some good numbers, i never thought i could pop out 15k daily almost, this is unreal! i am so happy, and this is mostly just my i7 doing large units, and OC to 3.8Ghz!! i got some smaller single rigs doing the older units.

when at home i have my 5770 folding sometimes, and at work when it will work, my 2 2600Xt's!

Man, i need to get some more i7 rigs at work!

i had a dual AMD 2.4 quad core opteron for aday, why i hit 20k, think i need to get some good nvidia vid cards in our support rigs!

Well, finally after 6 months, top 100 is in my sights, since i have been able to consistently fold on my i7 at work and a quad core AMD opteron at work and just tossed in my Q9400 @ 3Ghz.

Question i have a Q9400 @ 3.3Ghz, but just got a XFX 5850, which would be best to fold on ?

61k on the 1055t? I'm trying to do that but it won't happen on stock and you need to trick the client into seeing 8 cores.

So that took a while but i just hit 49th place!

added some i3 here at work and another i5 should be up soon, but i could be loosing some of the Xeon's i put online for a new servers in a month or so.

haha, i know the feeling when i was bouncing around 100 area for a while i was borging every computer i could, then the itch died off, now that i was hovering around 50 for a while, itch came back!
