I got a new protien today: THR SIDECHAIN - AMBER. What a beast! It takes 21 minutes average per frame! Anybody else have this protien?

yeah I gotta sidechain-oplsaa today, 17.52 mins a frame, I do native bba,s in1.52 mins. How many points for these beauties?

The native bba5 are 1 point each. I believe the sidechains are .3 points each. See the thread "POINTS" by Ned Clocker for more points.

I don't use the GUI client. Text-only for me. More stable that way.
