Memory Bandwidth Incorrect

I'm starting to wonder if the memory I ordered from Newegg was incorrectly labeled. It's the G.SKILL F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK and is supposed to be DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500), however, I can't get the system to boot anything higher than 400MHz. And it runs even less than that when the settings in the bios are set to auto.

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit Edition
ALiveNF7G-FullHD R3.0 nForce 630A chipset
Phenom 9850 2.5GHz Black Edition OC'd at 2.88Ghz

The timings need a little work, they're at 5-5-5-15-25, spec calls for 5-5-5-15-48, find the tRC setting in bios and set it to 48. That might do it right there.
Also make sure you have the memory voltage set at 2.1, most mobos won't do that on auto.

The tRC setting in the bios only goes to 26. And when I go to change the voltage, it only has 2.00, 2.05, 2.10, etc.

I noticed the SPD tab in CPU-Z is reading, "Max Bandwidth: PC2-6400 (400Mhz)".

Actually I made a mistake about the tRC only going to 26. When the ram is set to 1066 it goes up to 42. I set the voltage to 2.10 and the tRC to 42, but still no boot. Maybe the bios is no good. Not sure. Thanks for the recommendation.
