Hi guys,

I was tasked with coming up a list of games that can be play on the network at work. The system at work is not made for gaming so it has to be low to mid end game only. Below is the list of games that I come up with so far, can anyone else think of more to add to the list?

RTS
Age of Empire
Warcraft 3
Starcraft
Company of Heroes

FPS
CS-Source
TF2
Left4Dead

Racing
??

Thanks.

You can download Tribes 2 for free. I don't remember where though..

It also runs well under WINE as we ran Linux in our office.

I don't have any additions for the list, but mind if I ask where you work that allows you to play video games while you're there? Sounds like a pretty decent job :D

Trackmania is a sweet free multiplayer racing game, check it out.

Plants VS Zombies

Sid Meier's Pirates

I run a q6600, 8GB, win7, ati 2400pro at work. I've played L4D on it during off hours a few times. I might start doing it on my lunch hour again just for some relief at work. I wrote the IT/Computer policy by the way. ;)

What are the specs of the systems? Killing Floor/UT2k3/UT2k4 use the Unreal 2 engine which isn't too intensive, required/recommend hardware is similar to Company of Heroes.

Theres a new one out called "do your work" that has an achievement called "Keep your job"

Pretty sure this thread was for games he could play at work not witty comments.

L4D2 (similar requirements to l4d)
Insurgency (CSS Mod, good game low requirements, free!)
COD4/5/MW2
Borderlands
Supreme Commander (Somewhat intensive game)

Classics like DIABLO, STARCRAFT and WARCRAFT games.

Find an old copy of DOOM, and there's mods for enhanced multiplayer gaming.

We'd need to know the specs first before offering a list of games that'll run.

I did come up with one from back in the day- Serious Sam: The First Encounter. Pure, gibby cartoonical goodness :)

We'd need to know the specs first before offering a list of games that'll run.

Just base your suggestions off of the list started in the OP... If he's listing recent source games, there's a pretty wide base of older games that will easily work.
