I was wondering is it possible to do a modification to the heatsink so that I can fit in a 120mm fan or a 92 mm fan on top of it...The reason for that is because I need more cfm with low dba and the bigger the fan, the better for me...Thx for your help.

yes, i'm thinking the same idea...on the market there are 60-80 fan adapter, but not for 80-92 or 120....it would have to be a home project, although i don't think its that hard....one thing you can try is to mount a 120 on the side panel, and with a heating duct to direct the cool air onto the HS....

You might be able to make one out of cardboard and duct tape or you might make a duct out of a 2-liter bottle or even a milk jug. I have thought of the same idea myself and now that you brought it up, I might try to build it when I get off of work tonight. All I need is a 120mm fan to do it with. Just my $0.02. :)

Duct? You guys are being a bit technical over here, how about explaining it to me how to get it done :). Thx for all of the help that you have provided so far.

Using cardboard to create a duct is not technical; telling you how to connect the L1 bridges on your CPU is technical! ;) Here is a link on how to install a duct into your system. These are just a few examples of what you might be able to come up with.
You might even find something that would work for your case and yourself better.

i would just go to the hardware store and buy some heavy duty epoxy and throw that stuff all over the fan and heatsink and mount that mofo.
It will stay on buy probbly wont come off for a long time.
