lots of light, time and maybe a magnifying glass couldnt hurt.. they are like 3 bucks at save on..

I didn't mention a mag glass cause I think that anyone who would attempt this without one is nuts. Just kinda seems like common sense...........need to see what you're doin'.
I bought myself a decent swing arm lighted mag. Love it :)
