dunno about their DDR but used to run 2X256 SDR's in my older system and never had a problem.

I have it, and it sucks. I get windows errors at 150MHz. It got a little better when I upped the voltage to 2.75V, but I shouldn't have to. It's not 5ns either. The sticker on the PCB says so, but the chips say 6ns.
