is it possible for me to hit XP1900+ speeds or even XP2000+ without unlocking my CPU. right now im at Xp1800 (1.533) and my temps are 40C idle and 46C load, this is with a Vantec CCK-6035D hsf. If i put in a MCXC-370 heatsink will i be able to hit xp1900/2000?
this heatsink anygood, (can't afford the 462)
it depends on alot of your other things in your computer too but it is definetly possible :) i'm at over 2000+... lol not sure what number this would be but 1.7ghz and if i could drop the temp to around 10C or so i could get it to about 1.85ghz by fsb.. it also depends on your steping of your cpu some overclock better then others

my cpu is locked and i don't intend to unlock it (not enough confidence) so on my EPoX KHA+ motherboard right now my multiplier is on AUTO and my host clock is 145 do you think i can put it up to 150 or 155? with a new MCXC-370 heatsink you think i can achieve this speed?
btw should i update my biod to the latest one?if so, where can i get the newest ones
thanks
