help with kingston

I am new at OC. I would like to start slow. I am trying to set the manual timing for KVR800D2N6K2/4G Kingston. I can't find the timing.

The DRAM timings are located under Advanced--> Memory Timing Setting, and the four primary timings you'll want to adjust are tCL (CAS Latency), tRCD, tRP, and tRAS. The only timing given in the datasheet for the KVR800D2N6K2/4G is a CL of 6 at 1.8v DRAM voltage. Since it's ValueRAM, the timings are probably 6-6-6-15 / 18 w/ a Command Rate of 2T.

thanks for the reply, does not seem to work! when I enter the 4 5 4 16. board will not even post. had to pull the batt.

The correct timings aren't 4-5-4-16, but 6-6-6-15 (18) like what I posted above. It's CAS 6 RAM, not CAS 4... and since Kingston only lists the CL (and not the rest of the timings), I'm assuming the remaining SPD timings at DDR2-800MHz are 6-6-15 or 5-5-15 (6-5-5-15; or a tRAS of 18 for 6-5-5-18).
