This is the ram Im trying to install

When I try to install all 8gb's the computer wont post the screen stays blank. When I install 6gb's the computer boots just fine. I've tried every combination imaginable and I do know all 4 sticks of Ram are good. Any suggestions?

Have you tried manually setting the DRAM timings to 5-5-5-15-2T at 1.9V? And even though the RAM is spec'd to run at DDR2-800MHz and 1.8 - 1.9V, check the stickers on the modules to verify the required voltage isn't instead 2.0 - 2.1V.

I figured out the problem I just had to flash my bios. I am currently running an E6750 @ 3.4 GHZ. Im pretty new to overclocking would there be any benefit to overclocking my memory? My timings are 5-5-5-15. I dont know what info to post about my comp so feedback is appreciated.
