I just want to be sure of one thing. Wich one is better ?

Current loop :
MCP655
Apogee GTZ
MCres
TFC Xchanger360
Bits 1/2 fittings and Black primo LRT tuning.

I want to WC my HD5870 and i just to know if adding the HD5870 + an MCR220 and a second pump is a good idea or im really better to build a complete second loop.

Like this :
MCres - MCP655 - TFC 360 - GTZ - MCP655 - MCR220 - Komodo - MCres

I think i have alot of cooling in the loop and its currently keeping my I7 @ 4ghz with nice temp.
I just dont want to dump alot of heat in the loop but maybe the MCR220 is enough to keep my I7 like this.

Running 2 pump can also be usefull. If one die, the other one is still running the loop.

Money isnt an issue so 2 or one loop isnt a big deal. I just need the Pump/Block/Res. ( already have a spare MCR220 ).

One or two loop ?

mmmm i think that one loop and one pump would be actually enough but if money isn't an issue why don't you get EK-D5 Dual TOP G1/4 and get another mcp655 and you will be set and i really don't think you need to make another loop because come on it is just 1 5870 and an i7

Edit:for the block i would suggest the EK one these are really IMO the top dog blocks for the 5800 series

( Canadian price from Directcanad, cheapest ive found between NCIX and others )

Lamptron FC5 5.25IN : $45.49
Primochill LRT Black 1/2IN 15ft : $16.10
Mod Smart 120MM Anodized Aluminum Fan Filter : 2x $2.61 = $5.22
Swiftech MCP655 : $70.42
Swiftech MCRES-MICRO REV2 : $19.14
Swiftech KOMODO-HD5800 : $87.46
Scythe Gentle Typhoon 120MM : 2x$14.00 = $28.00
Bitspower G1/4 High Flow 1/2IN Barb Fittings : 2x$4.33 = $8.66

Ill swap my Mcres for the Rev2. No Pump top for the momment. Ill just use the pump as they are. The gentle typhoon seems to be good Rad fans so i picket some 1850rpm for the MCR220. I like the Komodo and i added a Lamptron FC5 cause i dont like my Sunbeam 6channel.

any thing i forgot ?

Pump one afdter the other of Pump after each block ? or any other setup ! ?

most do right after each other. tops are like that and i don't think I've seen a setup otherwise.

i might have tried the first order, but since my setup is external i only wanted 2 tubes going into my case, not 4.

so second order.
