Disk Cleanup?

What is a good Freeware version of a program that cleans the HD of files left behind after uninstalling a program? Something like CleanSweep by Nortons.

I used one of those progs few years ago CleanSweep I think well the only thing it swept out was an important file cause my computer screwed up bad. I had to reformat hard drive:mad:
